Here is this year's camp list.

There are two tabs in this list, one is for individual camp stuff, and the other is for community camp stuff. We are just starting to work on this, so we are totally open to updates.

We will have a community kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. If you are really picky with your own tools, by all means bring them, because we don't feel that food/kitchen are a high-point of our week :) We also do not encourage electrical items, as we may or may not be "on the grid" but even so, the power usage expectations are very low (twinkly xmas lights, re=charging our batteries etc)

Let us know if you have questions or suggestions, we still have time!!

This is Psychic Taxi 2008 Camp Map:
We hope to be placed on the circle around Center Camp, and preferably with a Northern Exposure. This will keep us centrally located, and with the perfect shade-exposure for our Public Hammock Pavilion!

To all of our beloved camp mates. Please download and read the carefully crafted clean-up plan for 2008. We need your help and support to get another "green" rating (last year we were rated the highest marks for our clean and Leave No Trace scores, let's do it again!!!)

Hello Psychic Taxi campers, this is our last posting for pre BRC 2007!

We are all loaded up and ready to head up and gather the trailer, you can reach either Jack or Tres by cellphone on Friday for any last minute questions, otherwise we'll see you in the dust storm :)

I've made an alphabetical listing of theme camps in case you want to read and review.

Hi everyone,
Here is our handy-dandy pack list. It is now separated into 3 tabs:
1. individual pack list (this is OUR list, so use it as a guide and feel free to customize or even make suggestions to us, we love updating this each year as we learn more :) Please note the importance of bringing an extension cord, stringlights, powerstrip etc!!!)

2. camp pack list (so that you know what we are bringing for the entire camp group)

3. schedule of when everyone is coming and going, and our nomadic cafe events. Please let us know if there are any changes.

Thanks to Kim and Pam's excellent and fine painting skills, the Nomadic Cafe will now have a brilliant new roof (design inspired by the old 60's Fillmore posters)

This should really draw some attention to us as we cycle through the playa!

Hi everyone,
We will be easy to find this year as we are smack-dab in the center. Here is a simple map showing our location. This is a big honor in that the Burninman team really considers us true citizens of the playa and our viewing location could not be better! We also have been given the space we asked for (as far as we know, remember anything goes once we show up and re-assess) You can review our camp layout in the below May blog entry to get a sense of the camp layout.

Okay, so the latest in Mash-ups is event listing with Google maps. It is the coolest thing since sliced bread and mp3s.

We all ended the weekend excited and full of energy for the Playa!

Thanks to everyone who generously donated booze and to the few folks that gave us some money. Please watch for an email from Tres with Kim's address to send your donations to so that we can be as generous as we hope to be with the Nomadic Cafe!

We are attaching the file with the supply list and please also note the second tab on this spreadsheet with a schedule of who is arriving and when and some of the pre-planned Cafe events. If you have an idea for a specific time or event that you want to add, just email Tres at Tres_Fontaine@yahoo.com and we'll update the schedule as we get closer to the departure date.

Also if you have additional ideas you want us to add to the list that you think will be helpful to the others, please let us know.

Here is the link to the pdf file of theme camp listings. We will have one printout in our dustproof binder, but it's fun to print out (30 pages) and think about some camps you might want to seek out and visit! You can also find camp websites for more of their schedules and details.
